POLICE ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION
The Administrative Division is led by Deputy Chief Bill McEachnie
Headed by the Chief of Police, providing for the essential functions of purchasing, inventory control, and general oversight of the department resources and operations. The Administrative Division of the Maitland Police Department is responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the Department's fiscal year budget; the maintenance and the retention of the records relating to personnel, purchasing and forfeiture and grant funds; the overseeing of internal security matters; the updating of mutual aid and task force agreements entered into with other law enforcement agencies; and continually searching for sources of grant funds and submitting applications for award consideration.
The Administrative Division is also responsible for the Criminal Investigation Division, Professional Standards, Recruitment, Records, and Community Policing Division.
