Requesting an Incident Report:

Throughout the daily process of law enforcement operations, a vast sum of documentation is generated. The Maitland Police Department's records division is responsible for maintaining,

documenting, and storing those physical and/or digital documents. As the Maitland Police Department strives to become a "paperless agency", many of those documents are stored electronically. For a public records request, you may utilize the following means to begin your inquiry:

  • Contact the main office at: 407-539-6261
  • FAX an inquiry to: 407-539-2770
  • Email: records@maitlandpd.org
  • In person at the address listed below
