The Winter Park Health Foundation and the City of Maitland present a new speaker series to strengthen your mind, body and spirit through enjoyable, interactive and educational classes at Maitland Community Park, 1400 Mayo Ave.

The next class on May 28 is Florida's Fabulous Trees, which teaches planting, maintenance and care of different types of Florida native and edible trees, as well as the rich and fascinating history of these trees.
This class is led by Kellie Antonowicz, Director of Education at IDEAS for Us. The program is presented by the Center for Health & Wellbeing, where Kellie and the Fleet Farming team offer monthly gardening classes.
