The Maitland Farmer's Market accepts vendors in a variety of categories. All goods must be tangible and substantially made (or grown) by the seller. The Market is conscious of limiting the number of vendors with similar products, so spaces within each category are limited.

Application Process
Please note, we currently have a waitlist for new vendors and are constantly reviewing applications. Waitlist timeframes vary by product category.
Review the "Vendors Accepted" List above to ensure your product type is accepted.
Review the "License Requirements" to ensure you have all applicable documents to submit with your application.
Review "Vendor List." Applications for products similar to those already present at the Market will be automatically Waitlisted.

Submit the application along with any required documents (see application for details) Applications that do not include required information will not be considered.
The application will be reviewed by Parks & Recreation staff. Approved and/or waitlisted applicants will be contacted.
If approved, vendors are initially scheduled on a "Trial" basis, based on availability.
After the "Trial" period, we will review residency and scheduling options.
Vendors with very unique or high-demand products, as determined by Parks & Recreation staff, will be given priority.
