Applicants electing to use a private provider for permit plan review and/or inspection services should review and/or download Maitland's Private Provider Manual. This manual will walk applicants through the process of using private provider services in Maitland. Please note, to be eligible to use a private provider for plan review, the Notice to Building Official (NTBO) must be completed and submitted and provide the Private Provider Plan Compliance Affidavit along with the corresponding permit application(s).
