Property Owners: List of the names and mailing addresses of all property owners within 500' of the property proposed for land use amendment taken from Orange or Seminole Counties. | |||
Authorizations: Name, address and phone number of any agent authorized to represent the property owner(s) of the property proposed for land use map amendment. For a text amendment, the applicant may provide a notarized letter of authorization for an agent to represent the property owner whos signature appears on the application form. | |||
Vicinity map depicting surrounding streets and existing zoning and land use on the site and surrounding area (within 500 feet). | |||
Boundary survey and legal description for each parcel of property subject to the application but owned by separate and distinct persons, corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities; and prepared by a surveyor registered by the State under a surveyor's seal and certified to the City. If applicable, provide the gross and net land area which may be provided on a separate sheet. | |||
Analysis: Complete analysis of the proposed amendment (sections a through f of the procedures manual). | |||
Statement of Appropriateness: A general description of the proposed amendment to the comprehensive development plan, explaining why the amendment is appropriate or necessary. | |||
Phasing plan: Estimated timetable and method of financing for each public facility improvement necessitated by the proposed comprehensive development plan amendment. |
