Property Owners: List of the names and mailing addresses of all property owners within 500' of the property proposed for annexation taken from Orange or Seminole Counties.
Authorizations: Name, address and phone number of any agent authorized to represent the property owner(s) of the property proposed for annexation.
Vicinity map depicting surrounding streets and existing zoning and land use on the site and surrounding area (within 500 feet).
Boundary survey and legal description for each parcel of property subject to the application but owned by separate and distinct persons, corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities; and prepared by a surveyor registered by the State under a surveyor's seal and certified to the City. If applicable, provide the gross and net land area which may be provided on a separate sheet.
Competent and Substantial Evidence: Statement of competent and substantial evidence that the proposed rezoning meets the criteria of a site specific zoning map amendment (criteria 1 through 10 of the procedures manual).
Analysis: Complete analysis of whether and the extent to which the current zone district designation accomplishes a legitimate public purpose.
